RedLink Privacy

At RedLink, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of those who use our applications and our websites, www.redlink.com and redlink-network.org (the “Sites”) (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is designed to describe what information we collect, how and with whom we share it, and how we protect it. In order to differentiate certain visitors to the Sites, those who have purchased or sign-up for RedLink Services are called “Subscribers” and their customers are called “Customers.” Visitors who are neither Subscribers or Customers are “Visitors.” Organizations that have agreed to provide services to RedLink or to use RedLink integrations (e.g., use our API) are “Providers.”

In order to provide you with relevant and timely information, resources, and services, we collect certain information from Subscribers, Customers, Providers, and Visitors during your visits to the Sites in connection with the Services. By accepting the Privacy Policy during registration or by visiting and using the Sites and Services, you expressly consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

We may also use this personal information about you to improve our marketing efforts, analyze site usage, improve our content and service offerings, and tailor the Sites and Services to better meet your needs. In addition, as part of the Services, Subscribers provide data and information to us, including Customer data, used solely for purposes of providing the Services. A Subscriber’s use of the Sites and Services is also subject to automatic collection of data, as described with respect to Visitors below.

For certain Services, we may work with our Subscribers to collect information about use of their websites by Customers and others through technologies such as javascript. What Are My Choices Regarding How Personal Information is Collected or Used?

You may opt out of receiving e-mail communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail received or by contacting us as described below. It may take us up to 10 days to complete this process, as permitted by law. You can also opt out of other communications by contacting RedLink. What are Cookies?

The Sites may use “cookies” or similar technologies which are small pieces of information stored by your browser or other application on your computer’s browser or hard drive. The cookies are used to connect your computer with information stored about your online activity, searches, preferences and product purchases both within the same website visit and from one visit to the next on the Sites and/or other websites. The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive new cookies or how to disable cookies altogether. If you reject cookies, you may not be able to participate in certain activities or an experience on the Sites tailored to you.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, RedLink and the Sites do not recognize DNT.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Subscriber Invitations

Subscribers to the RedLink Services have the opportunity to invite others to work with them through their Subscriber account. To do that, RedLink asks you to import or manually enter the email addresses and other necessary personal information needed to generate these invitations. As you direct, we will then send them an invitation on your behalf or other notices reflecting changes you make to their status in your account. Their acceptance of the invitation will represent acceptance of these privacy terms.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on our Sites or communicate the changes to you in other ways as we determine are appropriate so our Subscribers, Customers, and Visitors are always able to review what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

RedLink and the Sites are not directed at children and do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
